FAQ

Direct to garment (DTG) or Digital printing is a printing method in which we insert the garment into a large inkjet printer for decoration. The same idea for your home printer, but for t-shirts.

Another fact about this printing process is that, unlike other custom printing options, which leave you with limited color options. Using the direct to printing method will allow you to have many different colors and complex images.

The only disadvantage to this process is that we can only do one shirt at a time. So, if you do need large orders, it would be better to use other printing methods, such as screen printing, where we can print large Bulk orders, but this will limit the color range you can go for.

Direct to garment is so good that you can even use a real photograph, perhaps designing your very own his and her t-shirts, complete with each other's faces.

And getting started, all you have to do is upload your image, which will need to be digital and a certain file type and a high resolution.
The file types are as following:
Vector Files: EPS, SVG, AI, or PDF
Raster Files: PSD, TIF, PNG, JPG, or PDF

The resolution will also need to be at least 300 dpi. But more is always better as this will make a clearer and more considered image on your new apparel, and we stock everything from t-shirts to hoodies to shorts.

Direct to garment is cost and time effective for multi color designs as we can print a full color design in less than 30 secs with no minimum or setup fee.

Each method has its unique advantages and disadvantages. Choosing the best method depends on your design, quantity, and budget.

Screen printing is cost and time-efficient for large orders, while DTG is good for small orders with multi-color designs.

A properly pretreated and cured shirt should never fade. Nor should it crack or peel off.
