If you're looking forT-shirts Prints for yourBusiness, it's important to choose the right fabric. Different fabrics give different results, and some are better suited for printing than others. In this blog post, we'll discuss the different types of fabric that are available, and which ones give the best print results. We'll also talk about how to choose the right fabric for your needs, and what to consider when making your decision.

Types of fabric

When it comes to custom t-shirt printing you have a choice of three fabrics — polyester, cotton or blended materials.

Polyester

Polyester is a durable fabric that can be found in most fast fashion today. It's quick drying and very strong, making it popular for clothes to last longer without needing repairs or adjustments on your end!
Polyester t-shirts are the perfect material forSublimation Printing as they offer a variety in colors and designs. We recommendDirect to Garment (DTG) if you want your design on just one shirt, but we also have an all over print range that's perfect if whatever comes into mind is exactly how it looks!

Standard Cotton

Cotton is a great fabric for printing because it provides the most vibrant colors when compared to other fabrics. Synthetic or artificial fibers will not last as long and cannot produce such vibrancy in prints, but natural cottons like those found on vintage shirts work beautifully with DTG (Direct To Garment) printing methods!

Ringspun cotton

Ringspun cotton is a type of fabric that's used to produce high-end print on demand T shirts. When you spin it, the fibers are twisted and thinned more tightly which results in stronger yarns with smoother surfaces for excellent quality prints!

Combed cotton

Cotton that is both ring-spun and combed can be considered the most durable t shirt fabric composition. This process creates a stronger, softer higher quality cotton due to its removal of impurities from buds before they're spun into threads for sewing together with other pieces on an industrial machine.

Airlume cotton

What is airlume cotton? Well, it's the highest quality combed and ring spun cotton. It has fewer impurities than standard Ringspun due to an extensive process of cleansing - 2x more in fact! This means your prints will be even smoother when printed on this lovely fabric with its long staple fibers which remove any unwanted strands from each piece before sewing them together into one beautiful garment.

Fabric weight
The fabric weight of a t-shirt is only important if you know that your custom branded shirt will be worn in either hot or cold climates. Lightweight and heavy fabrics can both range from low quality to high standards, depending on what's needed for the intended use!

So which is the best t-shirt for on demand printing?

When it comes to the best t-shirts for on demand printing, there are a few things that you should look out for. Fabric material and composition both play an important role in determining how your shirts will turn out when they're done being printed! You also need single counts high enough so no quality is lost during production time.
Consider your profit margins and how much your target customers are realistically willing to pay for one of your bespoke branded t-shirts.
